OREO Ice Cream Cake with Cool Whip Frosting

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cool Whip Frosting - Chocolate thawed
  • 1 tub Cool Whip Frosting - Vanilla thawed
  • 8 OREO Cookies chopped
  • 12 vanilla ice cream sandwiches

Instructions

  1. Allow Cool Whip Frosting to thaw for 1 hour.
  2. Mix chocolate Cool Whip Frosting with chopped OREO Cookies.
  3. Arrange 4 ice cream sandwiches, side-by-side, on a 24-inch-long sheet of foil.
  4. Top with half of the Cool Whip Frosting/OREO mix.
  5. Repeat layers.
  6. Top with remaining ice cream sandwiches.
  7. Frost the top and sides with the Cool Whip Frosting - Vanilla.
  8. Bring up the sides of the foil; double fold top and ends to create a loosely sealed packet.
  9. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
