Amaretto/Almond Peach Cobbler

Amaretto
or 2 tsp. of pure almond extract

package sugar cookie mix

sliced almonds

Preheat oven to 350F.

Spread pie filling into an ungreased 13x9-inch baking dish. Drizzle with Amaretto (or almond extract).

Sprinkle cookie mix and almonds over top; dot with butter.

Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes or until filling is bubbly and topping is golden brown.
