This post brought to you by Reebok Settlement. All opinions are 100% mine.
We’re all looking for ways to get fit easier. It seemed to make sense to design shoes and clothing that helped you to workout while walking. I have personally purchased shoes that tone, and have been extremely happy with them. I take the perspective that shoes or clothing cannot substitute cardio-exercise, but I do think that every little bit helps.
A recent lawsuit is taking Reebok’s toning shoes and apparel to task to ensure that performance matches their advertising claims. Reebok denies all wrong doing and the Court did not decided which side was right. However, both parties have decided to settle.
If you purchased Reebok toning shoes and/or apparel between December 5, 2008 and October 12, 2011, you may be eligible to receive payment from this class action settlement.
Eligible Shoes:
Easy Tone, RunTone, JumpTone, SlimTone, EasyTone Flip, TrainTone, and SimplyTone
Eligible Apparel:
EasyTone Capri, EasyTone Shorts, EasyTone Sleeveless Shirt, EasyTone Pants, EasyTone Long Bra Top and EasyTone Short Sleeve Top
