The Review
It wasn’t long after my box of SunRidge Farms products arrived that it hit me. That quiet gnawing in your stomach that, if left unchecked, will gradually grow into a hunger pang. I quickly looked at my options, and the SunRidge Farms Women’s Vitality Mix seemed the clear choice.
The Women’s Vitality Mix was created with womens’ nutritional needs in mind and upon analyzing the mix, I determined that SunRidge Farms hit the mark. Not only does it have a blend of blueberries, raisins, cherries and cranberries with their powerful anti-oxidant properties, but it also had a great mixture of nuts and (my favorite part) dark chocolate chips. I loved that you could taste the quality and the freshness of the ingredients, and without any added salt, the flavor of the nuts really popped out. After eating just one serving (1/4 cup of mix) I had satisfied my stomach and had an extra burst of energy to help get me through the afternoon.
Another great option is 
the SunRidge Farms Wasabi Tamari Almonds. I know when you hear “wasabi” you might think hot and spicy, but not to worry. These almonds have just the right amount of wasabi spice so that you feel a kick, but it doesn’t burn your mouth at all. In fact, it almost gives the almonds a savory that is surprisingly addictive. (As in, you won’t be able to eat just one.) FYI, tamari is like a more concentrated version of soy sauce but without the sharp saltiness flavor.
In addition to the Women’s Vitality Mix, SunRidge Farms offers an Omega 3 Men’s Energy Mix, a Deluxe Trail Mix, and several other tasty treats that are great for packing or snacking. For nuttier options, they have a variety of nuts and seeds, such as cashews, pecans and pumpkin seeds. They also have a selection of organic nuts and seeds. To address your sweet tooth, SunRidge Farms has dried fruit, chocolate candies, yogurt candies, and a few other options.
