Growing up, I would diligently save my soda cans so I could exchange them for a nickel each at the local recycling center. Now, they have these nifty blue or green bins that we can put all of our recyclables into for automatic sorting and recycling. We’ve all heard of recycled paper, but what else can be made from recycled products? Take a gander at the Bottles Up glass bottle.
About BottlesUp
The Review

If you look at the bottle, it simply looks COOL. The BottlesUp bottle is made of recycled glass using handcrafting techniques. Each bottle is unique, with little bubbles and imperfections embedded deep in the glass. At the same time, the bottles are shiny and chic, and I love how I feel totally modern when I’m drinking from it. Each bottle has a wide mouth, which means you can easily put in ice cubes (YES!) and has four grip rings to prevent any hand slips. The cap seals on tightly to prevent any leaks if the bottle gets tipped over. (Seriously – no leaks. Here’s a picture of the bottle filled with water, upside down.)

BottlesUp are a hip and eco-friendly way to drink water. They’re durable and unique so you’ll easily be able to tell your bottle from all the others. You can purchase BottlesUp bottles online for just $33.95 or at select retailers nationwide. The bottles come clear but are available with blue, orange, green or black rings and cap.

are they tempered or shatter-resistent?
According to their website:
“BottlesUp bottles are handcrafted to be sturdier, which you’ll notice when you feel its heft. We’ve designed it to take the everyday tumble from a table or chair, but let’s be clear, the bottle is made of glass. If you drop it from a high enough ledge or hurl it across a room, it’s going to break.”

These look really amazing! We drink alot of bottle water so these would really help us save some money@
Thanks for the info. I always thought a water bottle was a water bottle. What’s the difference right? Didn’t realize there were so many complexities that differentiated the types of water bottles.
Wow, this bottle presents an innovative and environmentally friendly way of consuming water!
