We’ve all heard the rumors about Twinkies that never go bad. In reality, Twinkies only have a 25 day shelf life. Dark chocolate, on the other hand, can last for 10 years when properly stored (65F, 50% humidity.) To help your dark chocolate last, wrap it in foil and then a sealed plastic bag.

While drinking choc. milk after a workout to help sore muscles might be better than drinking an energy drink (both items I disagree with) the problem with choc. milk is that it has much sugar in it.
You’re absolutely right. I actually prefer water over anything else when it comes to re-hydrating after workouts. I just found it so interesting that chocolate milk can help with muscle recovery.
